Christian Bale’s introduction to Donald Trump sounds like it was highly entertaining.
The superstar actor met the future president while filming “Batman” several years ago, and it sounds like it was anything but a normal meeting.
During an interview at the premiere of “Vice,” Bale told Variety the following about his 2011 interaction with Trump:
I met him, one time. We were filming on ‘Batman’ in Trump Tower and he said, ‘Come on up to the office.’ I think he thought I was Bruce Wayne because I was dressed as Bruce Wayne. So he talked to me like I was Bruce Wayne and I just went along with it, really. It was quite entertaining. I had no idea at the time that he would think about running for president.
New fake-news-fighting organization NewsGuard is taking its entire staff to see Daniel Radcliffe’s fact-checking play, “The Lifespan of a Fact.”
NewsGuard — set up by Court TV founder Steven Brill and former Wall Street Journal publisher Gordon Crovitz — bought tickets for all of its staff to see the show.
The comedy — also starring Cherry Jones and Bobby Cannavale — follows a battle between a fastidious fact checker and a cavalier author as they work through an article together.

BUT HE IS FIGHTING TO STAY SOBER AGAIN
The sober streak is over for Dennis Rodman — the NBA star admits he fell off the wagon and had started drinking again … but now says he’s still focused on cutting booze out of his life.
Rodman entered rehab after a DUI arrest back in January — and has openly talked about the difficulties of going sober.
He slipped up in the past 2 weeks and hit the bar scene in Newport Beach, CA — but tells TMZ Sports it was a mistake and he’s now going back to AA meetings in the hopes of staying sober.
Rodman says he had stopped going to meetings because they got boring — hey, at least he’s honest.
At age 49, Jennifer Lopez looks younger than ever and now, she’s ready to share her anti-aging secrets with the world.
“I will be coming out with a skincare line. I’ve been working on it for a long time because I don’t want to put [just] anything out,” the star said during an event at The Wing Soho on Wednesday, per Refinery29.
Asked about her own beauty regimen, Lopez responded, “I get that question a lot, especially as I get older. I want [my line] to be something that encompasses all the things I’ve learned and all the secrets I have. And it doesn’t have anything to do with needles.”
And while the range doesn’t yet have a name or price point, expect Lopez’s skincare products to launch sometime in late 2019. “It’s going to be something that works,” she promised. “That’s what you can count on when my name is on something.”
This won’t be Lopez’s first foray into beauty: She launched a makeup collection with Inglot earlier this year, and has released over two dozen fragrances, including the bestselling Glow by J.Lo.
Amid the sprawling crisis at CBS, Page Six is told that network execs are ready to nuke its struggling morning show and rebuild it from the ground up.
A thriving “CBS This Morning” was thrown into disarray by Charlie Rose’s sudden exit — and we’re told that top brass have come to believe that the show overall is not going to recover.
Rose was brought down by sexual misconduct allegations in November 2017, leaving Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell as anchors. They were later joined by John Dickerson.
But the impressive momentum that King, O’Donnell and Dickerson developed quickly faltered. “There are real discussions about just starting over — anchors, format, producers. Everything is on the table,” said an insider.
The news comes as the show’s executive producer, Ryan Kadro, is negotiating his exit.
Al B. Sure! and “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub were spotted smooching at Aloft hotel in Harlem on Sunday.
“They were making out at the bar. He hugged up on her, and they looked very cozy. They didn’t care who was there,” said a spy. “It wasn’t a packed lobby either . . . nobody was there. She stood out like a sore thumb. It didn’t seem like their first rodeo.”
A rep for Staub said the pair “have been friends for a very long time and someone probably misconstrued what they saw.”
Staub attended Teddy Riley’s “The Kings and Queens of New Jack Swing” concert, where Al also performed, at the Apollo.
