Prosecutors have announced they will NOT file criminal charges against soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo for an alleged sexual assault from 2009.
As we previously reported, Kathryn Mayorga claims Ronaldo raped her in a Las Vegas hotel room back in 2009.
She claims she met CR7 at Rain Nightclub in the Palms hotel in June 2009 and he invited her up to his penthouse suite to party and hot tub. There are photos of Mayorga and Ronaldo hanging out at the nightclub together that evening.
She had initially filed a police report describing the alleged crime — but didn’t identify Ronaldo by name.
Mayorga sued Ronaldo claiming she later accepted a $375,000 payment in exchange for her silence — but recently announced she wants that agreement voided and went to cops to pursue a criminal case against Ronaldo.
In court documents, Mayorga described the alleged attack … saying while changing her clothes in the penthouse suite, “Ronaldo entered the bathroom, exposed his erect penis and asked [her] to perform fellatio.”
Mayorga claimed she refused and wanted to leave — but Ronaldo “pulled [her] into a bedroom and onto a bed and attempted to engage in sexual intercourse.”
Mayorga claims she tried to fight Ronaldo off — but he turned her onto her side and sodomized her while she screamed “no, no, no.”
Ronaldo had adamantly denied the allegations — and said, “Rape is an abominable crime that goes against everything that I am and believe in.”
Now, the Clark County District Attorney’s Office has made a decision to NOT prosecute — claiming “the allegations of sexual assault against Cristiano Ronaldo cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Ayesha Curry dancing for her husband Stephen Curry
“When do we get to stop watching this lady? Curry look like he’s at church and ready to leave?” a differenttweetread.
Nonetheless, Stephen wasn’t the only one to come to Ayesha’s defense.
“So @AyeshaCurry was trending because she was dancing for her man? What’s wrong with that? She doesn’t have to be the best dancer. Her man knows what’s up,” one fanwroteon Twitter.
“Ayesha Curry dancing was cute and she was having fun y’all just love to hate on women,” another fanexpressed.
“I Milly Rock like Ayesha Curry all the time because I think it’s funny. Sometimes women wanna dance goofy instead of twerking all the time. Let people live!!” one usertweeted.
Ayesha has yet to publicly comment on the backlash, but instead has shared aplethora of photosof her new eatery.
“Yesterday was a dream. We celebrated our 4th @internationalsmoke opening in Del Mar. I can’t thank the team enough. I have no words. This will never feel normal,” Ayesha captioned the slideshow, which starts with her cutting the ribbon.
“I am so grateful. Thank you to my family and friends for coming to support me as well. We didn’t get pictures because we had wayyyy too much fun,” she added.
Ayesha’sother restaurantsare located in Aventura, Florida; Houston, Texas; and San Francisco, California.
The dancing incident comes after Ayesha was forced toshut down critics, who credited her success in the food industry to her husband.
“I think a lot of people do not take me seriously,” said the mom todaughters Riley, 6, and Ryan, 4, and son Canon, 1, in Working Mother‘s June/July cover story. “They think this is something I’ve obtained because of my husband’s income. That’s not true. He hasn’t invested a dime in my restaurant business.”
Ayesha shared a particularly frustrating time when a male reporter “bashed” her on live television, telling her she should “be more like the other [basketball] players’ wives,” she recalled. “He literally said, ‘They sit there, they don’t cause any problems, and they look pretty.’”
“Why am I not allowed to have a passion and a dream and a voice?” she added. “That started a fire in me. I could not be stopped, and I wanted to prove myself.”
And prove herself she has. The Food Network star has since added a cookware lineand meal kit to her resume. Her hard work is paying off, too: The critics have quieted a bit.
“Stephen doesn’t get any negative [questions] about me,” she told Working Mother. “Especially in the Bay Area, people say to him, ‘I like her food a lot,’ and that’s been special for me.”
SingerMonica Brownapparently raised a few eyebrows with a recent social media share.
Since the announcement of her filing fordivorcefrom former NBA journeymanShannon Browna few months ago, social media sought answers as to why the couple decided to call it quits in the first place. Well, after months of prodding, it seems folks may have gotten their answer.
The “Commitment” singer took toInstagramWednesday with some thoughts about her upcoming album, “Chapter 38,” that may possibly shine light on her and Shannon’s marital woes. In her post, she spoke on significant others blaming their partner’s mistress or lover as the reason their relationship crumbled.
“I have lots of feelings & beliefs that I often keep to myself… I Decided to share them on my album Chapter 38,” Monica wrote along with a photo of herself sitting on the back of a golf cart. “I hate to hear women/men say that whomever their spouse cheated with is the reason you all are apart! In truth it was the choice of your spouse that cheated that’s at fault… It’s your man or woman’s job to respect and honor you !! Am I right or nah? lol #ThatsHowIFeel #Chapter38Conversations.”
“You are “Right” and always keep it 💯,” one fan agreed with the singer. “If they both know they play a part in it as well.”
A second person commented, “Big Facts ⭕️ Nothing But Truthfulness you’re on point Mo 👏.”
Other folks assumed Monica insinuated her estranged husband cheated on her.
“I knew he cheated!! I’m so glad she left him 💯.”
“I’m ready for this album sis. C’mon 😩 she bout to spill all the tea about her husband.”
“I wonder who her husband cheated with? From her live it sound like a friend 🤦.”
Monica reportedly filed for divorce from Shannon in early March after nearly nine years of marriage. She attempted to keep the court record sealed, but the public caught wind of it a few weeks later. It’s unclear as to what caused their split and neither have commented on it.
However, in a recent episode of “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,” shehintedto their marriage being over for good and said she was more focused on her children. The pair share 5-year-old Laiyah Brown together. She also has two sons, Rocko and Romelo Hill, from her previous relationship with Atlanta rapper Rocko Hill.
“So during this time period, Lamar is on a downward spiral. It’s obvious to anybody that’s looking at him in photographs. He’s sweating, he doesn’t look good, there’s pictures of him falling out at clubs,” recalls Rob Shuter, founder ofNaughtygossip.comin the show teaser.
“This is a story now that the media’s following, really following aggressively. It looked like we had another Kardashian man that was in trouble,” he adds.
But despite Kardashian’s denial about their troubled marriage, it didn’t take long for the pair’s dirty secrets to come out.

UFC fighterMichael ChiesaclaimsConor McGregor‘s steel dolly attack was a publicity stunt intended to hype his fight withKhabib … and now he wants ALL of Conor’sUFC 229profits.
Long story short … Chiesa (who was injured in the bus attack) claims NY law bars people from profiting from criminal activity and requires them to turn over ill-gotten gains to their victims. It’s called the Son of Sam law.
Michael Chiesa and Conor McGregor
In new court docs filed by Chiesa, the UFC fighter argues the April 5 dolly incident drove up interest in UFC 229 and boosted sales of Conor’s Proper 12 whiskey brand, so all profits should be handed over.
It’s not a small number — Conor publicly stated he expected“to make $50 MILLION” for the Oct. 6 fight against Khabib … plus MILLIONS more from the sales of Proper 12.
Here’s how Chiesa spells it out in his lawsuit …
“By his own admission, [McGregor] engaged in the aforementioned conduct and acts with the premeditated intent and purpose of inflicting severe personal injuries and/or murdering Nurmagomedov, and sought to promote his brand and profit from his criminal activity.”
Pro boxer Jose Benavidez was arrested this weekend for alleged street racing in Arizona.
Benavidez — who fights as a welterweight — was busted Saturday night in Maricopa County, where he was taken in and booked for one count of misdemeanor racing/exhibition of speed and one count of driving with a suspended or revoked license (also a misdemeanor).
Benavidez is no longer in custody as of Sunday afternoon, but he stuck around long enough to pose for this mug. The exact circumstances around his arrest remain unclear, but we’re working on getting more info. What we do know is that the Arizona Department of Public Safety — which has state troopers — is the agency that picked him up.
The guy is a rising star in the world of boxing — he recently fought and lost to Terrence Crawford, who’s a megastar. Crawford retained the welterweight belt after knocking out Benavidez in the 12th round, this following tons of trash talking from Mexican-American fighter.
He reportedly suffered a leg injury about a week ago, and postponed a fight he had scheduled with Luis Collazo on August 17. It was postponed for October of this year.
Unclear if this is gonna have any impact on that fight.
The sober streak is over for Dennis Rodman — the NBA star admits he fell off the wagon and had started drinking again … but now says he’s still focused on cutting booze out of his life.
Rodman entered rehab after a DUI arrest back in January — and has openly talked about the difficulties of going sober.
He slipped up in the past 2 weeks and hit the bar scene in Newport Beach, CA — but tells TMZ Sports it was a mistake and he’s now going back to AA meetings in the hopes of staying sober.
Rodman says he had stopped going to meetings because they got boring — hey, at least he’s honest.
